BLACKCAPS pace man Tim Southee has been named as one of the most sexy men in sport. Southee has featured in the first gallery for the Sexiest Men in Sport on Yahoo!Xtra. All is well in Holland! Irene, Aston and I have settled in well and are quickly learning to adapt to the Dutch ways of life. Obituary: John McFarlane 1933-2010

John McFarlane, Patron of the Poverty Bay Cricket Association, died last month in Seoul, South Korea. John was born in Mt Gambier, Australia. He moved to Gisborne in the 1960s to teach Physical Education at Gisborne Boys High School and was a long serving Head of P.E at that school. Since retiring from teaching in the 1990s he often travelled to Europe in the NZ winter, living on a houseboat and touring the canals. He was en route to Europe in June.
