Knights Make Changes

The Northern Knights have made two changes to their side to travel to the South Island to play the Canterbury Wizards and Otago Volts in the next two rounds of the HRV Cup. The Knights have left out BLACKCAP Test player Daniel Flynn and experienced left arm spinner Bruce Martin. Dilshan’s Arrival Confirmed

Thilkaratne Dilshan’s arrival at Blake Park, Mount Maunganui, for Friday 15th January, round six action in the HRV Cup domestic Twenty20 competition, is now confirmed. Dilshan arrives in Auckland early in the afternoon and will immediately be transferred to Blake Park, assuming his flight is not significantly delayed. The Northern Knights have named an unchanged side to travel to New Plymouth to play the Central Stags on Friday in Round Three of the HRV Cup. The Knights have a fifty percent record after two rounds and sit in fourth position on net run rate. The Northern Knights have named their team for the first two rounds of the HRV Cup domestic Twenty20 competition.  The HRV Cup competition starts on Saturday with the Knights playing the Auckland Aces at Blake Park, Mount Maunganui.
